First edition

This paper exists because too many things I have worked on were explained exactly once, out loud, and then lost. Everything here is an attempt to write those down before the memory of having explained them replaces the explanation.

It will be uneven. Some sections will stay thin for a long time. That is fine — an empty section is an honest statement about where the attention has been going.
